This Breakdown Coordinator role plays a key role in coordinating maintenance, repair, and breakdown activities to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction. The company is a nationwide, well respected and known business.

Acting as a central point of contact out of our Elland site, the breakdown coordinator role involves managing incoming service requests, allocating Field Service Engineers, and maintaining accurate records across internal systems.

Responsibilities of our Breakdown Coordinator

To take customer calls and log repair notifications. To allocate appropriate Field Service Engineer response to meet customer requirements. Liaise with UK service supervisor and Service Manager regarding any issues that may arise. Keep customers updated on the reported job progress. Ensure all jobs are entered onto the appropriate in-house computer system. To reschedule jobs and resources according to emerging customer needs and resource availability.
