Job Description

Associate Creative Director

London | £65,000 | Hybrid

Profiles Creative are working exclusively with an award-winning brand experience agency to find a new Associate Creative Director.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a culturally-led agency that creates standout live, digital and hybrid experiences for some of the world’s most recognisable technology, social, entertainment and lifestyle brands.

The team deliver everything from exclusive product launches, high-profile marketing activations and immersive brand moments through to red carpets, festivals, creator-led campaigns and B2B/B2C audience experiences.

Their work is driven by a deep understanding of culture, audience behaviour and emotional connection — creating experiences that genuinely resonate.

They are now looking for a senior creative leader to concept, define and deliver major brand experiences, helping shape the next phase of the agency’s creative output.

The Role

You’ll own the day-to-day creative momentum across multiple accounts, leading teams to develop culturally relevant, strategically sound and visually exciting ideas that cut through.

The ideal candidate will combine strong conceptual thinking with excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness and the ability to inspire both internal teams and clients alike. They will also be genuinely plugged into culture — understanding what’s trending, what people are talking about, which memes or moments are landing, and what will truly engage audiences in real time.

Delivery & Client Leadership

  • Present confidently to clients, stakeholders and senior decision makers
  • Shape high-quality decks, storytelling and proposals
  • Collaborate with production and suppliers across build, graphics and technology
  • Ensure ideas are delivered within budget and commercially viable
  • Oversee multiple live projects while maintaining creative excellence

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor and develop designers and junior creatives
  • Provide clear direction, feedback and support
  • Help foster a collaborative, ambitious and positive studio culture
  • Be a visible senior creative presence within the agency

  • Confident in client-facing environments and pitching ideas
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Strong knowledge of venues, suppliers and fabrication partners
  • Experience across festivals, launches, pop-ups, dinners, conferences and hybrid events
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creators and culture-led marketing
  • Naturally tuned into emerging trends, online culture and audience behaviour

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office / Teams
  • Ability to interpret CAD plans, floorplans or Vectorworks files is beneficial
