Lead your team – motivate them to deliver a great customer experience and achieve outstanding results. Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profit improvement. Make it your own – shape your store’s personality and create a great environment for both team and customers. Support the area – work with other Branch Managers to meet regional KPIs and champion business growth.
Required Skills & Experience YOU ARE…
An experienced manager ready to elevate your retail knowledge. Prepared to prove yourself and manage your own store. Passionate about retail with proven business‑management skills. Customer‑focused and committed to building a thriving business. A people‑person who leads by example and brings out the best in the team. Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and eager to work hard.
