Job Title Branch Manager Location New Malden, Surrey Salary £45,000 per annum + bonuses Hours Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm plus Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm (rota basis) Benefits Bonus scheme, Company car, Company mobile phone, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & MORE! The Role The Branch Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running an efficient branch operation. This includes handling customer enquiries, managing orders, scheduling installations, and supporting a small team. The role is hands‑on and will involve some manual handling, including lifting products. A strong understanding of the company’s product range will be required. Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting a team of 5 staff. Handling enquiries and driving sales of garage doors and related products. Responding to emails and processing orders. Managing telephone enquiries from customers, colleagues, and suppliers. Assisting customers face‑to‑face. Scheduling installations and coordinating operations. Checking the condition and quantities of delivered goods against delivery notes. Carrying out some manual handling duties, including heavy lifting.
Skills & Experience
Previous supervisory, sales, and administrative experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good time management and organisational abilities. IT literate. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. High attention to detail. Full, clean driving licence. Background in the garage door, construction, builders’ merchant, or home improvement industries (Desirable).
