Lead your team – motivate the team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve great results. Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, manage stock and improve profits. Make the store your own – create a store personality, ensuring it is a great place for both team and customers. Support the area – support your area’s KPI’s as part of a wider team of Branch Managers.
Required skills & experience
An experienced manager ready to take retail knowledge to the next level. Ready to prove yourself with the aim of managing your very own store. Passionate about retail with proven business management skills. Always putting the customer first, building a thriving business. A real people person who leads by example and loves bringing out the best in the team. Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hard‑working.
