As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Rugby branch. This leadership role requires a proactive individual who can develop new business opportunities while supporting and motivating a successful recruitment team.

A successful Branch Manager will lead from the front, ensuring strong client relationships, consistent delivery for candidates, and the achievement of branch revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of recruitment consultants
• Driving branch performance against revenue and growth targets
• Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across your sector(s)
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to maximise performance
• Ensuring compliance with company and industry regulations
• Creating a positive and high performing culture within the branch

We are looking for a results driven recruitment professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering success. The ideal Branch Manager will have a proven track record of developing business and leading recruitment teams to achieve results.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a senior consultant or management role
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• A commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to motivate and inspire a team
