Partnering Stores Manager at Huws Gray Gravesham Scope of Role Our Partnering Stores exclusively serve one customer, and we require a dedicated store manager to oversee stock, support the customer, and lead a small team. Key Responsibilities
Build working relationships with the customer to understand their requirements Identify additional sales opportunities, offering advice and solutions to the customer Motivate the team to achieve their targets Make competent commercial decisions in line with Senior Management Ensure the branch is compliant with legislation and company policy Control stock within the Partnering Store, including maintaining accurate stock records
Required Qualifications
Valid driving licence Good knowledge of building materials
