What youll be doing:

• Looking after the day to day running of your branch.
• Youll be leading and coaching your team whilst ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Managing recruitment and retention of a high-quality team whilst highlighting good behaviours and tackling poor behaviours fairly and promptly.
• Whether someones looking for their first home or to build up savings they can rely on, youll be there with a positive attitude, ready to help.
• Staying up to date on all our products and services so youre always ready to share your knowledge and support with our customers and your team.
• Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when were opening and closing for the day.
• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.

• People management experienceincluding performance management and recruitment within a financial services industry.
• Someone who shows up every day with a positive, helpful, and supportive attitude and makes aheartfeltimpression on our customers.
• Someone with aninfectious team spiritwhos ready to collaborate and share ideas.
• Acustomer centricperson who holds a genuine interest in customers and their needs.
• A calm,clear, and confident communicatorwho can get their point across, as well as making other people feel heard.
• Empathy, we want you to put yourself in others shoes. Youll need to listen, understand, and offer support to all our customers, as well as your team.
• Flexibility, therell be times when well need you to step up to help other teams, especially during our busy times.
• Tech-savvy youll need to be able to use a computer and work your way around our systems once weve shown you the ropes.
• Previous experience deliveringgreat customer service.
• A curious mindset, youll be ready tolearn and grow, open to challenges and developing new skills.
