You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team, centralised back‑office functions, and a business that genuinely understands the industrial market. What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and growing the Cambridge branch Billing on a strong industrial / warehousing desk Developing key client relationships across warehousing, logisticsрисида manufacturing orso Leading from the front – setting standards, mentoring consultants, and driving performance Recruiting, training, and developing your own team over time Owning branch P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy (with support)
Who We’re Looking For
An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (or equivalent) Strong background in industrial / warehousing recruitment Logistics recruitment exposure is highly desirable Proven billing history and client management skills Someone ready to step into leadership and accountability Commercially minded, motivated, and confident managing people Based in or able to commute to Cambridge
