Proactive Global is currently looking for an experienced Brake Press operator to join one of our well established customers based in Sunbury- on- Thames.

Experience required:

2-3 years Break Press Experience

Experience setting up and running a punch machine (preferrable)

Radan experience (Preferrable, but training may be offered if needed)

Job specific duties

Ability to work from engineering and manufacturing drawings on your own To be able to program and use CNC bending machines Able to use safely associated machines and tools eg (guillotines, rollers, stud gun, grinders, power files, drills.) Program and operate CNC brake press Working with stainless steel commonly up to 3mm A high standard of workmanship to be maintained at all times The company's quality policies and requirements are to be maintained at all times Ensure safe working practices at all times Responsible for good housekeeping in your own work area To promote a culture of continuous improvement among the workforce, and implement such changes to reduce cost and assembly time whilst improving quality or ease of build.Essential Skills
