We are currently partnering with a rapidly-growing Insurance company to recruit a BPA Transition Manager. The successful candidate will support the Head of BPA Transition with the successful execution and onboarding of Bulk Purchase Annuity business and the transition of schemes onto ULPs administration platform.

Key responsibilities;

Support the Head of BPA Transition in executing and onboarding Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) business and transitioning schemes onto the ULPs administration platform. Build and manage detailed project plans for each proposed buy-in execution. Develop and drive project plans for transitions to buy-out, including true-up activities. Manage operational relationships with EBCs, Trustees, and ceding administrators throughout the transition process. Represent Utmost in Trustee and EBC meetings to ensure smooth coordination and communication. Collaborate with Trustees and ceding administrators during the post-buy-in period to manage ongoing operations. Ensure operational readiness is in place ahead of each new scheme transition. Support the preparation of contractual and individual policy documentation, while monitoring and escalating emerging issues and staying informed on industry developments.
