This is a flexible on-site role for an experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager located in the Covent Garden/Seven Dials area of London.

As Supervisor/Assistant Manager you will be responsible for providing personalised fashion advice, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, offering exceptional customer service, and driving sales. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their style preferences, making tailored recommendations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. The role also involves continuous learning about new trends and products.

Your role will also extend to management support of the wider team. As a key holder and vital part of the store management you will lead by example, support and train the team, ensure our customers receive the best service at all times.

Experience and knowledge

• 2-3 years of fashion retail experience in high end market
• Comfortable advising customers on a 121 basis
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in driving sales and achieving targets
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Passion for fashion and staying updated with the latest trends
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
