Our client is a well-established and highly respected firm of Chartered Surveyors based in North West London, currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and experienced accounts team.


This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, offering an excellent work-life balance, including an early finish every Friday throughout the year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales invoices and processing purchase ledger invoices
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords, responding to queries promptly and professionally
  • Chasing outstanding rents and monitoring arrears
  • Processing rental and service charge payments
  • Assisting with bank, cash, and service charge reconciliations
  • Handling supplier enquiries and processing supplier payments
  • Allocating cash and maintaining accurate financial records


Skills & Experience:

  • Part-qualified AAT (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a similar accounts role
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Qube is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
