Responsibilities:
PurchaseLedger:Processallpurchaseledgerinvoices.ReconciletoPurchaseOrdersandinputontoSage.Processmonthlypaymentrun.Processadhocpaymentsdaily/monthly.
SalesLedger:ProcessmonthlyinvoicesthroughFrontRunnerandtransfertoSage.Reconcileweeklytospreadsheetstoensuretimelyandaccuratebilling.
CreditControl:Chaseanyoverduepaymentsasandwhendue.
BankReconciliation:ReconcilethebankaccountandbalancetoSageonadaily/weeklybasis.Providetothedetailstodirectorsasrequested.
PartnershipAccounts:Reconcilethebankstatementandracingtransactionsforeachpartnershiponamonthlybasis.
StockCounts:Countstockasrequiredonamonthly/quarterlybasis
Requirements/Experience:
YoushouldhaverelevantbookkeepingexperienceandhaveastrongworkingknowledgeofSage50AccountsandMicrosoftOffice.Qualificationsarenotanecessity,aslongasyouaresuitablyqualifiedbyexperience.
