Job Title: Bookkeeper / Management Accounts AssistantLocation: Horsforth, LeedsSalary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOEWorking Pattern: Flexible Hours | Part-Time or Full-Time Considered________________________________________A reputable client of ours is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Management Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a flexible position with the potential to be either part-time or full-time, depending on the successful candidates availability and experience.The role would suit someone who has ideally worked within a practice environment. You will need a strong working knowledge of Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Handling day-to-day bookkeeping duties for a portfolio of clientsPreparing management accounts and financial reportsProcessing VAT returns and maintaining accurate recordsReconciling bank statements and managing client ledgersLiaising with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of servicesWorking within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Solid bookkeeping and management accounting experienceProficiency in Sage, Xero, and QuickBooksIdeally has experience within an accountancy practice (not essential if varied experience)Highly organised with excellent attention to detailCapable xehkeey of managing workload independently under time pressureStrong communication and interpersonal skills
