Duties:
Conduct Panel, MET, and Paint repairs on accident-damaged vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
Utilise specialist body repair equipment and tools for precise work
Support the wider team to ensure efficient repair processes and turnaround times
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
Candidate Specification:
Proven experience as a Bodyshop Technician, with cross-disciplinary skills in Panel Beating, Paint Spraying, and MET repairs
NVQ Level 3 or ATA qualifications preferred (not essential)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Full UK Driving Licence
Proactive team player with excellent communication skills
