Help us craft beautiful, high-quality yachts
Were looking for hands-on people who enjoy building, fitting, and working with a variety of materials. You dont need previous boatbuilding experience if youve worked in a practical trade or enjoy making things, we can teach you the rest.
What youll be doing
Building and fitting parts across our range of boats
Working on both interior features (like furniture and panels) and exterior fittings
Installing hardware such as windows, hatches, and deck fittings
Using tools and materials like wood, fibreglass, and composites
Working from drawings and instructions to create high-quality finishes
Checking your work to make sure everything fits and looks right
What were looking for
You might be a great fit if you have experience in:
Carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, construction, or similar trades
Using hand and power tools
Building or assembling components with care and accuracy
Were especially keen to hear from people who:
Enjoy practical, hands-on work
Take pride in attention to detail
Can work at a steady pace and meet deadlines
Like working as part of a team
Are willing to learn new skills
Bonus (but not essential)
Experience with fibreglass, composites, or upholstery
Ability to read technical drawings
Previous experience in boatbuilding or similar industries
