BOAS Engineer Location: North West London Salary: Up to £50,000 | Monday Friday | 8am 5pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced BOAS Engineer to join a large static site in North West London , maintaining commercial plant and boiler systems within a busy building services environment. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established maintenance team on a secure long-term contract , working on a varied portfolio of commercial plant equipment. Key Responsibilities Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial boiler systems and plant equipment

Fault finding, servicing and repairs on heating and associated systems

Monitoring plant performance and ensuring systems operate efficiently

Carrying out statutory compliance checks and maintaining accurate records

Supporting the wider engineering team with plant room maintenance

Requirements BOAS qualification (Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme)

Strong experience working with commercial boilers and plant equipment

Background in commercial building services maintenance
