As they continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced BMS/Controls Service Engineer or similar to join their close?knit, highly skilled team. The Role As a BMS Service Engineer, your primary focus will be to deliver high?quality on-site inspection, servicing, maintenance, and minor upgrades to customer BMS systems. You'll also provide remote technical assistance and, when needed, support contracts and commissioning teams, offering the chance to expand your commissioning skills. Most of your time will be site?based, with some work completed from the companies modern office. Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain, and fault?find on Building Management SystemsDiagnose technical issues and deliver timely, effective solutionsCarry out small modifications to software logic and graphicsSupport new controls project delivery where neededProvide remote technical support to customersEnsure high standards of safety and workmanship on all tasks Key Skills & Experience We are ideally looking for someone with:Proven experience servicing BMS/controls systemsStrong understanding of HVAC plant, controls and associated equipmentAbility to work independently to high standardsElectrical or Electronic Engineering qualificationExperience with Distech, Tridium, Trend or similar systemsKnowledge of BACnet, SIPP, Modbus (desirable)CSCS/ECS/JIB registration (ECS BMS Technician card desirable)Full, clean UK driving licenceWe understand the market is competitive - candidates with strong electrical skills and related controls experience will be considered, with training and upskilling provided.
