BMS Service Engineer

Location: Midlands (Field-Based) | UK Travel Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Benefits

We are currently working with a well-established Building Management Systems specialist who is looking to add an experienced BMS Service Engineer to their growing engineering team.

This role will focus on service, maintenance, fault finding and small works across a portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings throughout the UK. The position is Midlands-based and offers excellent long-term development opportunities within a growing BMS integrator delivering smart building solutions.

The successful engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimising BMS systems across multiple client sites, ensuring building performance, energy efficiency and system reliability.

The Role

As a BMS Service Engineer, you will work independently and as part of the wider engineering team to support existing client systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Service, maintenance and fault finding on BMS systems Diagnosing and resolving software, controls and field device issues Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits Small works modifications and system improvements Supporting commissioning engineers on upgrades and system expansions Providing technical support and advice to clients on site Producing service reports and documentation Occasional support during commissioning or pro...
