BEMS Project Manager

Salary - £75,000 - £85,000 basic + Package

London - Hybrid working and certain flexibility with hours are available

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from concept to completion. Carrying the ability to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. The individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.


Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee completion of project - From Design to Handover
  • Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
  • Assess risks and establish contingency plans
  • Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
  • Control site wide budgets, maintaining margins and cost effectiveness


Qualifications

  • BMS Project Management experience is essential
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
  • Good, rounded knowledge of HVAC fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with a team
