In this role, you will play a key part in delivering small to medium-sized BMS projects, including system upgrades, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of clients.Projects span multiple sectors including commercial, education, and leisure, providing an exciting opportunity to work on varied and technically engaging assignments.This position combines hands-on engineering with project leadership, requiring you to manage BMS software strategies, collaborate closely with Project Managers, and lead small teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver BMS project works from design through commissioning and handoverManage and execute BMS installation, upgrade, and optimisation projectsPerform planned and reactive maintenance, supporting energy-saving strategies through BMS platformsDevelop and modify software strategies across Trenda and TridiumConduct RAMS reviews and ensure strict Health & Safety compliance across all sitesCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project deliveryOversee installation and commissioning, ensuring projects remain within budget and timelineStay up to date with latest BMS technologies and support continuous improvement initiativesCandidate RequirementsStrong experience working with BMS systems, particularly Trend (IQ Vision desirable) and TridiumElectrical or Electronic Engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or equivalent)Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutionsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsFull UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UKProactive mindset with a passion for sustainability and ethical engineeringSER-INJBRP1_UKTJ
