Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.\n\nDue to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a BMS Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.\n\nWe are looking for a BMS Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.\n\nThe BMS Engineer, will be responsible for:\n\n * Ensure the performance, reliability and efficiency of BMS systems across client sites, working with Trend, Tridium/Niagara and Distech\n\n * Deliver high-quality Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) across multiple client sites\n\n * Diagnose, recommend and implement system improvement and remedial works\n\n * \n\n Carry out surveys, proposals, and quotations for small works and upgrades.\n\n * \n\n Respond to reactive callouts, ensuring fast, professional resolution.\n\n * \n\n Gain hands-on commissioning experience with Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager and the wider national BMS team.\n\nTo be successful for this BMS Engineer role you must have:\n\n * \n\n Experience with Trend Controls and/or Tridium/Niagara.\n\n * \n\n Ability to confidently modify Trend 963 & IQVision software and schematics.\n\n * \n\n Strong proficiency with SET or other BMS engineering tools.\n\n * \n\n Experience with system integration using Modbus, MBus, and BACnet protocols.\n\n * \n\n Good knowledge of HVAC plant and applications.\n\n * \n\n Electrically biased, with a solid understanding of IT networks and IP configuration
