BMS Engineer - London, South Coast & surrounding areas

I'm supporting a family run BMS company with their search for a BMS Engineer, they are keen to speak to candidates with a strong fundamental skill set in BMS Engineering which would include BMS service, fault finding & small work commissioning.

The directors are warm, friendly & keen on passing down industry knowledge to support their new addtion. The BMS Engineer will work independantly & occasionally within a team covering sites in central London, South Coast & surrounding areas (flexibility for travelling to different areas would be required). As the BMS Engineer you can expect to work on multi systems including Trend, Tridium, Siemens & Delta. Addtional duties provided you have the skill set & interest would include site surveys and then completing & overseeing BMS small work projects (upgrades, new installs etc).

To be considered for this opportunity the BMS Engineer must have electrical competencies holding an 18th edition or completed electrical apprenticeship, have a fundamental understanding of BMS controls & HVAC within commercial buildings & have the ability to carry out BMS service works as a minimim.

The package for the BMS Engineer will be;

- £38,000 - 50,000 per annum

- Car allowance (neg)

- 5% bonus on small work projects quoted & completed

- In-house & external training (class room & online)

- Pension & more
