Day rate: £250 - £320 per day Outside IR35\n\nLocation: North-West \n\nWe are seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer with strong Siemens expertise to work on high-profile projects across commercial and critical environments. This role involves commissioning, testing, and optimising Siemens BMS installations, working closely with project teams and clients to ensure systems operate exactly as intended.\n\nThis position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of commissioning activities from start to finish and thrives in technically challenging environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCommission Siemens Desigo BMS systems across live and new-build sites\nConfigure and test Desigo PX / PXC controllers\nWork with Desigo CC, including graphics, alarms, trends, and schedules\nCarry out FATs, SATs, functional testing, and client witness testing\nIntegrate BMS with HVAC plant, metering, and third-party systems using BACnet\nDiagnose and resolve software, hardware, and communications issues\nProduce commissioning documentation and handover packs\nSupport clients post-handover with system optimisation and fine-tuningEssential Experience\n\nProven experience commissioning Siemens BMS systems\nHands-on experience with Desigo CC and Siemens controller configuration\nStrong understanding of HVAC plant and control strategies\nExperience with BACnet integration and fault-finding\nAbility to work independently on site\nFull UK driving licenceDesirable\n\nExperience with Desigo Insight or legacy Siemens estates\nExposure to other BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Schneider\nECS or CSCS card\nExperience working in healthcare, data centres, or critical infrastructure environments
