BMS Commissioning Engineer | Essex / London | Full Time, 42.5 hours per week | Up to £400 per day (or PAYE equivalent, depending on experience) Our client, a Building Management System (BMS) company, is currently seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their team.

Are you the right person for the job? Strong experience with BMS/HVAC systems and control routines Have at least 5 years experience with Tridium Niagara N4, preferably 10 years Proficient with Tridium Niagara N4, including software fault-finding and modifications Ability to read and interpret control panel wiring schematics and manufacturers' literature Skilled in BACnet, Modbus, and MBus integration and networking Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe, and familiar with basic networking (Ethernet/CAT6) Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills Holds a valid ECS trade card and CSCS Health & Safety certification Tridium N4 certification and BCIA BCM001–006 courses (preferred) What will your role look like? Commission BMS systems and carry out software and graphics modifications as required Conduct functional system checks and point-to-point testing to verify installations Support client demonstrations, training, and project handovers Maintain detailed and accurate commissioning documentation, including test sheets and snag lists Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times while maintaining a professional working environment Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Commissioning Leads, and Technical Services teams to ensure smooth project delivery What can you expect in return?
