Role Overview
My client is looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their growing team. This role involves commissioning cutting-edge BMS (Building Management Systems) projects across the Southeast and London, ensuring installations meet design specifications and perform to the highest standards. Ideal candidates will be certified and experienced in Trend, Tridium, Schneider, or similar systems.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out comprehensive commissioning of BMS systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security integrations. Validate the performance and functionality of all BMS components in line with project requirements. Identify, diagnose, and resolve any issues during the commissioning process.
Configure, program, and test systems using platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Schneider. Support site installation teams and subcontractors with technical guidance. Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth integration with wider building services.
Produce and maintain all relevant commissioning documentation: test reports, checklists, as-built drawings, etc. Regularly report progress, issues, and resolutions to the Project and Commissioning Managers. Ensure documentation accur...
