BMS Commissioning Engineer - Tridium Expertise\n\nSalary/Package - £60,000 - £70,000 basic + Vehicle + Benefits Package\n\nNottingham\n\nPermanent Position\n\nAbout the Company\n\nOur client is a leading Building Management Systems (BMS) system integrator with over 30 years of experience delivering high-performance building automation solutions across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical excellence and innovation, they work across a diverse portfolio including commercial offices, healthcare, education, and critical infrastructure.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are looking for a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their growing East midlands team. This is a hands-on role focused on commissioning and delivering high-quality BMS solutions across a variety of projects.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring systems are installed, tested, and operating in line with design specifications, with a strong emphasis on HVAC plant optimisation and performance.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCommission BMS systems across multiple projects in the east midlands\nCarry out point-to-point checks, system testing, and validation\nCommission HVAC plant including AHUs, FCUs, boilers, chillers, and associated systems\nEnsure systems operate efficiently and in accordance with design intent\nWork closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors\nDiagnose and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases\nProduce commissioning documentation, reports, and handover packs\nAttend site meetings and liaise with clients and consultantsRequirements\n\nProven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer\nStrong working knowledge of: \nTrend BMS systems\nTridium Niagara (N4)\nSiemens BMS platforms\nSolid background in HVAC plant commissioning\nStrong understanding of control strategies and system integration\nExperience with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and MSTP\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nFull UK driving licenceDesirable\n\nExperience working for a BMS systems integrator\nKnowledge of energy optimisation and system performance tuning\nRelevant technical qualifications (City & Guilds, HNC/HND, or equivalent)\nCSCS/ECS cardWhat's On Offer\n\n£60,000 - £70,000 salary with overtime opportunities\n25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Rising with Service\n7.5% Pension rising to 10% with service\nCar or Car Allowance\nCompany Performance related bonus\nCompetitive sick pay\nPrivate Healthcare\nDiscounted Gym Memberships\nCycle to work scheme\nEV Salary Sacrifice \n\nIf you are interested in this position, have the desired skill set and would be happy to have a confidential conversation about the opportunity, then please forward your CV ASAP.
