BMS Commissioning Engineer - London Projects\n Location: Central London (multiple sites)\n Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits\n\nWe're working with a leading specialist in building automation and energy management systems, recognised for delivering high-performance BMS solutions across commercial and industrial environments. They're looking for an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join their growing team and support a variety of projects across central London.\n\nThe Role:\n\nTake ownership of the full commissioning lifecycle of Building Management Systems, from pre-commissioning checks through to final handover.\n\nCommission BMS control panels, third-party interfaces, and associated mechanical/electrical plant.\n\nConduct off-site inspections, software loading, and graphics validation.\n\nCarry out on-site testing to ensure systems meet design specifications.\n\nParticipate in commissioning meetings and client witness tests.\n\nWork closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure technical delivery and compliance.\n\nMaintain accurate records, site diaries, and commissioning documentation.\n\nIdentify additional works on site and assist with variation claims.\n\nEnsure all work meets quality standards and that test equipment is properly calibrated.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience commissioning BMS systems (Trend, Schneider, Tridium, Distech, Delta).\n\nStrong understanding of building services (M&E) and industry standards.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nFull UK driving licence and valid CSCS card.\n\nConfidence in mentoring junior team members and taking the lead when needed.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office.\n\nWhy Join:\n\nWork on high-profile, technically interesting London projects.\n\nBe part of a supportive, professional team.\n\nOpportunities for further training and career progression.\n\nCompetitive salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits.\n\nIf you're an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer ready to progress your career, apply today or get in touch to find out more
