Location: Birmingham Type: Hybrid working, 2 days in the office Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm Salary: £40,000 - £45,000pa About the Role We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality property management services, ensuring compliance, financial performance, and excellent customer service for both clients and residents. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Act as a main point of contact for leaseholders, clients, and directors at a senior level Oversee planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance through to completion Work collaboratively with internal teams including Property Assistants, Inspectors, and Accounts Manage contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and industry regulations Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance systems for each building Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets, ensuring timely approvals and demands Monitor income and ex...
