Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential blocks with a focus on RMC and RTM clients Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and oversee planned maintenance Chair AGM/EGMs and liaise with directors and leaseholders Ensure compliance with current lease, health & safety, and legal obligations Oversee contractors, budgets, and service charge accounts Maintain excellent communication with clients
