The Blending Manager is responsible for leading day to day blending operations at Medik8, ensuringsafe, efficient, and compliant production of all bulk formulations. These consist of a wide range ofemulsions containing high efficacy active ingredients. This role manages all Blending Team Leadersand their teams across shifts, and is accountable for meeting daily production targets whilemaintaining high standards of GMP, safety, and product quality. The Blending Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational readiness, staffing, scheduling, andadherence to documentation. Working closely with the Blending Process Manager, this role helpsembed consistent, standardised ways of working and supports continuous improvement across theblending function.
