Key Responsibilities Carry out pre-site surveys and risk assessments to evaluate project feasibility and report findings to the Project Manager. Identify and coordinate the necessary permits and approvals. Act as the key liaison with clients, end users, and the public to communicate planned works and reduce disruption. Review site documentation, including utility stats and engineering drawings, to ensure readiness before work commences. Lead and supervise daily site operationsensuring teams are fully equipped and compliant with all safety regulations. Report any deferrals from estimates (DFEs) promptly and manage the approval process in line with company procedures. Efficiently manage plant and material orders to keep projects on track.
