As a Biology Teacher , you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages 35, fostering curiosity and a strong understanding of biological concepts. The successful Biology Teacher will be confident in planning creative lessons, supporting student progress, and encouraging a love of science inside and outside the classroom. The ideal Biology Teacher will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to motivate students of varying abilities. We welcome applications from experienced educators as well as ambitious early-career teachers who are eager to develop their teaching practice. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Biology Teacher in line with the national curriculum
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
Work collaboratively with the science department to enhance teaching and learning
Support extracurricular activities related to biology and science
] Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
A degree in Biology or a related field
Experience teaching as a Biology Teacher at secondary level (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
