Job Description
Are you ready to launch your career in biology? As an Entry Level Biologist, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with plants in controlled environments, supporting research that drives sustainable agriculture forward. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to make a difference.
What You’ll Do
Work with row crops including canola, corn, cotton, and soybeans in greenhouse and growth chamber environments.
Perform daily plant care tasks: sowing, transplanting, harvesting, discarding plant material, cleaning, and seed processing.
Support plant growth operations, with duties that vary day to day.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in handling plants and materials.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge of basic plant biology and growth principles.
Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with precision.
Strong organizational skills and reliability under supervision.
Capability to stand for extended periods and work in warm environments.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, Horticulture, or related life sciences.
✅ Additional Requirements
Willingness to work rotational weekends as needed.
Experience in controlled environments or commercial greenhouses is a plus.
