BIM Technician (6-Month Minimum Contract)

Outside IR35

My client is seeking an experienced BIM Technician to support an ongoing project for a minimum duration of six months. The successful candidate will work closely in the team to ensure high-quality coordination and delivery across multiple design packages.

Key Requirements:

• Solid understanding of BIM standards and best practices
• Proven experience with BIM 360, including workflows, execution planning, clash detection and reporting, version control, issue tracking, and managing shared packages
• Working knowledge of building services design, including interpreting schematics, plant layouts, and spatial requirements
• Ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, chair meetings, and manage multiple design packages simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders outside the immediate project team
