BIM Technician (CAD/Revit) £45,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits City of London

Are you a BIM Technician (CAD/Revit) or similar looking to step into a senior role where you can deputise for the Director of Architectural Technology and play a key part in shaping projects, people and future business growth within a leading multidisciplinary consultancy?

In this senior role, you will deputise for the Director of Architectural Technology, acting as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders while leading design delivery across projects. You will act as Design Manager, coordinating architectural input with structural, civil, MEP and external consultants, while mentoring junior staff, supporting resource planning and contributing to business development, bids and proposals. You will own project detail and manage budgets and forecasts. The role is Monday to Friday and offers genuine progression into senior leadership.

This role would suit an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technician looking for a senior Design Management position within a growing consultancy that values leadership, autonomy and long-term career progression.

The Role: Deputise for the Director of Architectural Technology and provide senior technical leadership. Act as Design Manager, coordinating architectural, structural, civil, MEP and external consultants. Lead interdisciplinary design teams across complex projects. Mentor and develop junior team members, promoting CPD activities. Prepare and review architectural designs, working drawings, reports, 3D visualisations and risk documentation. Monday to Friday (9-5PM) - Ready to start ASAP
