Summary As a BIM Document Controller representing Obayashi Properties UK Limited, (OPUK), you will lead the management and oversight of all construction documentation throughout the project lifecycle using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). You will ensure all project teams—designers, consultants, contractors, and facilities teams—adhere to documentation standards that support transparency, compliance, and long-term asset management.
