We're looking for an 4D BIM Coordinator to join our Devonport Docks team based in Plymouth, Devon \n \n Location : Devon, Plymouth- operating 3-5 days a week on site in our offices, as required by site with the remainder working from home \n Contract : Permanent, full time \n \n Responsibilities \n As an 4D BIM Coordinator, you will be working with planners and designers to bring the projects to life using your experience in 3D & 4D modelling. Capable of visualising complex problems and articulating them on screen and off, whilst checking and validating model to and from the client/ designers. \n \n Your day to day will include: \n \n Act as a subject matter expert for the digital construction tools/ applications and provide technical support to personnel as and when required \n Ensure that all modelling work is conducted in compliance with IOS 19650, BAM and CAD standards \n Produce high end visualisations to aid decision making and facilitate onsite construction \n Understand the hardware and software requirements on the project and communicate with the BIM Lead and Project Information Manager \n Become the point of authority for all Synchro 4D pro projects \n \n \n What are w...
