After two months on site to get up to speed, you’ll settle into a hybrid setup that gives you the freedom to work where you’re most productive.

At the same time, you’ll follow a clear path to Design Management, with hands-on projects and mentoring to help you step up within 2 years.

You’ll work closely with an experienced Design Manager who’ll guide you through the next stage of your career. You’ll also gain real project leadership experience by running your own technical and BIM projects.

And because you’ll be part of a new and growing internal design team, you’ll have plenty of space to shape how things are done and make a real mark on the design process.

What you’ll do

Work on the design and delivery of drylining and ceilings projects using Revit and AutoCAD. You’ll collaborate with the Design Manager and existing BIM Coordinator on live projects, while also leading your own projects both technically (2D detailing) and in 3D (BIM model management).

Coordinate clash detection using Navisworks and resolve design integration issues. Produce Stage 5 technical drawings ready for construction and maintain and update BIM models, including family component editing and integration with other trad...
