Billing Team Leader – Professional & Technical Construction

Birmingham | Office‑based | Up to £70K basic + bonus

We’re looking for a proven billing leader to take charge of a high‑performing professional & technical construction recruitment team in Birmingham. If you’re a senior consultant or team leader who loves developing people and running a strong desk, this role gives you both.

• A team specialising in professional & technical construction roles

What you’ll bring

• A strong billing track record in construction, civils, M&E or the wider built environment
• Experience mentoring or leading consultants
