As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Bids & Frameworks Manager to join their Partnerships team.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal role where youll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, leading high-quality submissions that secure new business opportunities across residential development and construction projects.Working closely with Pre-Construction, Commercial, Technical, Land and Delivery teams, youll ensure all submissions are commercially robust, compliant and aligned with the organisations strategic growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesBid ManagementManage end-to-end bid processes including PQQs, RFQs, tenders and framework submissionsDevelop compelling, high-quality written responses tailored to client requirementsLead bid kick-offs, workshops and review meetingsEnsure all submissions are delivered on time and to a high standardFrameworks ManagementIdentify and track upcoming framework opportunities across housing associations and public sector bodiesManage renewals and ensure ongoing compliance with KPI and reporting requirementsImprove internal processes to enhance bid success ratesContent & QualityProduce high-quality written content including methodologies, case studies and delivery strategiesMaintain a central bid library and standard templatesEnsure consistency in branding and messaging across all submissionsCollaborationWork closely with internal teams to gather accurate project and technical informationEngage senior stakeholders to shape win strategies and value propositionsSupport marketing input into submission design and presentationMarket IntelligenceMonitor procurement pipelines, competitor activity and market trendsProvide insight into strategic bidding opportunitiesGovernance & PerformanceTrack and report on bid performance, win rates and outcomesEnsure compliance with internal governance processesDrive continuous improvement across bidding activitiesAbout YouProven experience in bid or frameworks management within construction, development or housingStrong understanding of procurement processes and residential constructionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesConfident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentDesirable:APMP or similar accreditationExperience with public sector frameworks (e.g. housing or procurement frameworks)Knowledge of modern construction methods and sustainability practicesJBRP1_UKTJ
