They partner with investors, housing associations, and developers to deliver high-quality living spaces. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality written responses for tender submissions, proposals, and presentations
- Carry out research to gather accurate technical and project-specific information
- Edit and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and client alignment
- Manage submission timelines and ensure all documents meet required deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain technical, commercial, and operational input
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of bid materials for future use
- Contribute to improving bid processes and documentation standards
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years experience in a construction environment
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, compelling, and professional documentation
- Proficiency in content structuring, research, and developing targeted and engaging bid submissions
- Experience in project and time management to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Knowledge or experience in construction, property development, or working with Local Authorities is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
