75% Bid Writing / 25% supporting Andrew Turner in Business Development
Working closely within the Pre-Construction department of this Contractor. Supporting each bid with Bid Writing whilst also, working closely with the business development manager.
* Bring creativity and articulation to bid submissions, enhancing the quality, tone, and persuasiveness of our proposals to ensure they stand out in a competitive market.
* Engage directly with clients to understand their key drivers, ensuring our bids are tailored, strategic, and aligned with what matters most to each client.
* Support long-term succession planning, with a view to stepping into a leadership role and potentially succeeding Andy Turner within the next five years.
* Initially focused on bid writing, but we’re seeking someone with the ambition to grow into a broader role — including business development and client networking.
* Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our bid writing, helping us stay ahead of the curve
