Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bid Manager within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.

Strong understanding of tendering processes and bid management best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel occasionally to the Plymouth office.
