Key Responsibilities

Tender Management: Lead the bid process from start to finish - organising, preparing, and submitting proposals with precision.

Collaboration: Liaise with clients and internal teams to develop tailored bids that align with each project’s unique requirements.

Process Optimisation: Streamline tender materials, maintain key resources, and continually improve proposal efficiency.

Writing and Design: Produce compelling written content and visually engaging proposals using InDesign and Excel.

Tracking and Strategy: Monitor bid performance and contribute to consistent and effective pricing strategies.


Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
