We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and coordinate bids across a variety of projects. This role offers exposure to multi-sector, high-value projects and the chance to influence bid strategy and outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, from initial tender to submission
  • Develop high-quality, client-focused proposals
  • Collaborate with project teams, commercial managers, and technical specialists
  • Maintain bid pipelines, deadlines, and documentation
  • Support post-submission clarifications and negotiations


Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Bid Manager in construction, rail, energy, or similar sectors
  • Strong understanding of tendering processes and bid strategy
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with bid management software is advantageous
