ProblemShared has created strong partnerships servicing several NHS, university, and insurer contracts to deliver high quality ADHD and Autism assessments as well as assessments for learning differences. We offer wrap-around care in the form of psychoeducation, prescribing, educational navigation, and therapy sessions all under one roof.

About the role:

Our team at ProblemShared is growing. As a key innovator in the rapidly expanding field of digital mind health, we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager / Bid Writer to join our dynamic and collaborative team on a part-time, 3-day-per-week basis as part of a job-share arrangement.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that sits at the heart of our growth and development. You’ll play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by leading and managing the end-to-end bid and tender process. From identifying opportunities to writing compelling, winning proposals, you will help us scale access to high-quality mental healthcare across the UK.

We work fully remotely and welcome candidates who are highly motivated self-starters, with the discipline and drive to thrive in a virtual environment.

As Bid Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, coordinating and delivering high-quality bid submissions, and continuously improving our bid management processes.

This is a varied and impactful role that combines commercial acumen, excellent written communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape -particularly in mental health and neurodevelopmental services.
