Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather inputs and keep deliverables on track. Write clear, compelling, compliant responses for Invitation to Tender (ITT), Selection Questionnaire (SQ), Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) submissions.
