Bespoke Kitchen & Joinery Sales Designer Chiswick, West London Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm £35,000 Base + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £50,000)Ready to design exceptional spaces and work with high-end clients on truly bespoke projects?We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, design-led business at the forefront of modern British interiors, known for its outstanding reputation, premium brand, and strong presence in the luxury market.Working between a West London showroom and a Buckinghamshire workshop, you'll be part of a collaborative team where design and craftsmanship come together to deliver stunning kitchens and joinery solutions.Why Join This Company? £35,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000)23 days holiday + bank holidaysFull training with clear progression opportunitiesWork with a creative, award-winning design teamBe involved in high-end residential & commercial projectsStrong brand reputation and high-quality incoming leadsOpportunity to influence and shape bespoke designs from concept to completion The RoleYou'll play a key role in both design and sales, managing projects from initial enquiry through to final concept.Your responsibilities will include: Managing and converting incoming leads into design opportunitiesCreating concept designs, visuals, and presentationsConducting client meetings and site surveysSpecifying materials, appliances, and finishesProducing detailed quotations and design proposalsCollaborating with internal teams, suppliers, architects, and contractorsManaging multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met Essential Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in bespoke kitchens, joinery, or furniture designStrong sales and client-facing experience with the ability to convert leadsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHigh level of organisation with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approachPassion for design and delivering high-quality client experiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Desirable (Not Essential) Degree in Furniture Design or a related fieldExperience using 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks, SketchUp or similar)Previous experience working with interior designers, architects, or developersKnowledge of materials, finishes, and high-end kitchen/joinery productsExperience specifying appliances and bespoke components What You'll Be Working On Bespoke kitchensCustom joinery and cabinetryLuxury residential interiorsSelected commercial projects Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're a creative designer with a commercial mindset looking to work on premium projects with a respected brand, this is a fantastic opportunity.Apply now – we'd love to hear from you.JBRP1_UKTJ
